At Callixta, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in the case of items that arrive damaged due to shipping.
Damaged Items
If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping, please follow the steps below to initiate a return and refund process:
1. Report the Damage: Notify us within 2 days of receiving the damaged item. Send an email to info@callixta.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damage.
2. Return Shipping: If the damage is verified, you will need to ship the item back to us at your expense. Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent further damage during return shipping.
3. Refund Process: Once we receive the damaged item and confirm the damage, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Important Notes
– Claims for damaged items must be made within 2 days of receiving the parcel.
– Client will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the client receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
– We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that are scratched, damaged, or altered by the customer.
